As part of its strategy for school places in Colchester, Essex County Council took a decision to expand Home Farm from September 2018. Our published admissions number increased from 30 to 60 in September meaning that we now have two Reception classes.
Essex County Council, working with contractors Morgan Sindall, built a new block of nine classrooms and refurbished some elements of the existing school building. The new classrooms were handed over to the school in September 2018.
