During the summer term, we have swimming lessons as part of our PE curriculum. At the end of our eight week programme of swimming lessons the children are assessed against a series of stages. These are based on the Learn to Swim Stage awards which make up the core, national syllabus of learning to swim for primary school aged children. You can see the stages below.
